Absolutely! Our team of expert Design Consultants do just that! When you schedule an appointment with our team you’ll receive the red carpet treatment. We will discuss design, materials, layout, colors, styles, all the things! We’re here to make this process as easy as possible for you.

What materials do you use?

As an exclusive dealer and the home of Bath Planet in our regions, we are proud to specialize in the industry’s best acrylic shower and tub surrounds. In fact Good Housekeeping awarded us the Best in Bath category for 2025! We also partner with Moen, one of the nations most trusted manufacturers (Made in the USA btw) of long lasting and beautiful kitchen, and bath products. Our cabinet partners at Bellmont Cabinets and Crystal Cabinets are no joke either. These family owned generational craftsmen pride themselves on the same things we do; environmental stewardship, functionality, and long lasting beauty (also all Made in the USA, seeing a pattern?). At True North Kitchen and Bath we want your project to look awesome and last a lifetime. This is the way!

Do you use grout in your bathroom remodels?

Although we specialize in the non-porous acrylic wet area, our team of talented installers can and do install some incredibly beautiful tile and grout work for select clients. We’re happy to chat with you about your project! We’re great listeners :)

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on their remodeling work?

Yes! Should you ever need it, True North provides Lifetime Warranty on Bath Planet wet areas (shower, bathtub, wall surrounds) and a 5-Year Warranty on the rest. Additionally, if you sell your home within two years of the remodel completion, we transfer the warranties to the new owner, enhancing your property’s value.

Do you provide any financing options?

True North provides various financing options to suit our clients’ needs, because we believe everyone deserves access to stellar home remodels. We provide financing options up to 60-month installment contracts with low monthly payments.
