Although we specialize in the non-porous acrylic wet area, our team of talented installers can and do install some incredibly beautiful tile and grout work for select clients. We’re happy to chat with you about your project! We’re great listeners :)

No way Jose! Bath and shower liners are simply putting lipstick on a pig, destined to let you down, and aren’t as cheap as you might think! Whatever condition your tub or shower is in now will simply remain the same, just covered up leaving any mold, mildew, or rotted wood underneath exactly as it is. These thinly molded liners are simply glued over the top of your existing shower or tub, almost always with a gap of air that gets trapped in between the old and new material. What’s this mean for you? A cheap, bouncy, and unsturdy material, leading to cracks and water intrusion. No bueno. Our solution involves a full demolition down to the studs with a beautiful build-back made to last! No liners here!

Great question! From the point of the agreement you will then be introduced to our fully skilled project management team. We’ll schedule an immediate follow up meeting with you to confirm all of the details; such as materials, layout, and our team will take precise measurements on the full scope of your project. At this stage your made-to-order materials will go into production and if permits are needed we begin to work with your town or city to get all of the paperwork gathered and applications submitted. Once all of your materials are received by our team they get a thorough inspection by hand, checking for accuracy and condition to ensure everything is as it should be without defects or blemishes. Now, it’s go-time! Time to get your project scheduled and on the calendar! You’ll be hearing from our Scheduling Concierge to find the best date and time to get your project rolling!

Your first consultation will cover a lot of groundwork. We’ll first start by getting to know you. You are the centerpiece at each stage. It’s important that we understand your goals and your motivations for the project to define a clear vision for the end result. Sometimes this is a super quick and easy process, whilst other projects require a more in depth approach. In either scenario we stay with you the entire time and as always our design consultations are free. You’ll see real life samples and examples of potential material selections and designs and by the end we’ll be able to provide you with an accurate estimate for you to be able to make an informed decision. Stress free and no pressure.

Depending on whether a kitchen or a bath the first few steps are typically very similar. We understand the stress you may feel having a team of strangers in your home (although we tend to become like family pretty quickly), taking things apart, making noise, causing dust, and the general uneasiness caused by a remodel. Step one is to be introduced to the team by our Project Manager, whom you’ve already met and been in contact prior to the project start. We’ll do a walkthrough as a team to re-confirm the plans of the renovation and details of the scope. From here site protection begins. From floor protection to plastic dust barriers we’ve got you covered. Careful de-construction and thoughtful demolition follow and your project is officially off to the races. It’s during this phase where we have a chance to inspect what’s behind the wall and formulate the plan to install any necessary mechanical, electrical, or plumbing items necessary to complete the build-back and finish work. Our installation team then brings your dream to life with precision and efficiency, ensuring every expectation is met. The end result is a personalized, beautifully crafted space designed to last a lifetime.

True North provides various financing options to suit our clients’ needs, because we believe everyone deserves access to stellar home remodels. We provide financing options up to 60-month installment contracts with low monthly payments.

Yes! Should you ever need it, True North provides Lifetime Warranty on Bath Planet wet areas (shower, bathtub, wall surrounds) and a 5-Year Warranty on the rest. Additionally, if you sell your home within two years of the remodel completion, we transfer the warranties to the new owner, enhancing your property’s value.
